If you choose either the Free of the Encore options to have your website completed by Market Webster there will be no legal document that needs to be agreed upon. The site will simply remain on the Market Webster server and will simply be removed if the AdSense ad is modified or if you are unable to make the monthly payments.

If you choose the Delux option  and you require a contract the following document will be used.
